I live in Alexandria and walk through Marian Park at on my way to and from work. I am horrified to think that this little oasis of green might be lost.

It may not seem like much, just a passing through each day, but it does add significantly to my wellbeing on that journey.

We are starved for open green spaces in Redfern and Alexandria, and lack the is particularly accute in the area surrounding Marian Park.

Losing this space for future generations would be a tragedy.
